Question 1: How do add users to my alarm.com account?

To add users to your Alarm.com account, follow these steps:

Log in to your Alarm.com account.Go to the "Users" section in the menu.

Click on "Users"

Here you can add a name and generate a code.

To give app access choose >Managed Logins> Enter the email address of the user you want to add. Select the permissions you want to give to the user (e.g., Arm/Disarm, View Video, etc.).Click "Save." For more detailed information, you can visit answers.alarm.com.

Question 2: It looks like my camera is offline, what do I do?

Check the power source and make sure the camera is properly connected.Ensure that your internet connection is working properly.Reboot the camera by unplugging it and plugging it back in.

Question 3: How do I add users to my Akuvox intercom system?

If this is a brand new unit never before in use, please submit a ticket below. If this is an existing unit that has had access to the system in the past, login to ucloud.akuvox.com with your username and password and update the resident information.

Question 4: My alarm.com lock says Malfunction. What does this mean?

Typically a malfunction means there was an incorrect code entered multiple times or the door has jammed. Check the alignment of the door and try again.
